Provides senior rental apartments to Twin Cities-area residents. Apartments include one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, two-bedroom, and accessible units. Laundry, housekeeping, and meal service available/optional. Local bus to grocery shopping. Optional home care, transportation, homemaker, and companion services are available from an on-site service provider. Also accepts up to pet friendly apartments up to two pets.
