Office Hours - Aitkin, Grand Rapids: - 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday 8 am - 12 pm Friday - Staff/volunteers on call 24 hours - After-hours agency phone line rolls to an after hours dispatch where the caller can leave a non-emergent message for the next business day or stay on the line and give their information to have a volunteer/staff call them back immediately.

Application Process
Volunteers help us staff the 24-hr crisis line and help meet in-office needs and special projects. Our fundraising subcommittee consists of volunteers, staff, and board members working toward the common goal of agency fundraising. We also have ten committed Board Members, who help to ensure overall agency functioning and work with staff to strategic plan for our future.
