Eligibility

Adults with serious and persistent mental illness; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Dakota, Hennepin and Ramsey counties

Required documents

Application/registration form, medical history, physician orders, picture ID. Admissions counselor will assist applicants to get a certificate of disability, funding for training and documentation for employment, housing and on-going recovery services.

Twenty metro area residences for semi-independent living. Provides housing, support for independent living skills, supported employment, mental health support system, social networking, supportive on-site services, and recreational program. Admission guaranteed upon graduation from Tasks Unlimited Training Center.- Vocationally oriented, rehabilitation program with 24-hour staff for adults with long-term mental health problems- Provides training in basic and independent living skills, provides peer support group, mental health support services including monitoring of medications, vocational skills and supported employment, recreational program, and case coordination- Prepares clients for long-term lodges or other more independent living
