33-bed long-term care nursing home which provides: 24-hour skilled nursing care Behavioral and mental health Chaplain Services: Spiritual care Hospice Care: End-of-life care along with skilled nursing care Intergenerational Programming: Encourages youth and older adults to connect Nurse practitioner services 2 days a week for more complex medical needs Pet therapy Physical, occupational and speech-language therapy Respite Care: Temporary care when normal caregiver isn't available Restorative Programming: Helps keep residents active and doing exercises after therapy sessions Social services Therapeutic Activities: Exercises and memory activities Transitional Care: Temporary care when hospital-level care isn't needed but patients aren't ready to go home, like after a surgery or accident Volunteer opportunities for individuals ages 14 and older include helping at meal time, organizing activities or visiting.
