All documentation is required for a home mortgage loan application/intake form picture ID verification of income

Partners with homeowners to build simple, decent, and affordable homes. The program offers homeowners the opportunity to purchase newly constructed homes with an affordable mortgage. The program provides:- Homeowners to put in 200 hours of sweat equity per adult in the household, in place of a down payment, into the construction of the home- Educational series covering finances and home maintenance throughout the first two years of the building process- Volunteer opportunities
