- For towing not related to snow emergencies: $225.24 to get vehicle out of impound lot if picked up before 10 pm the day it is towed. Storage charge $15 each additional day starting at midnight. - For towing during snow emergencies: $226.46 to get vehicle out of the impound lot, if picked up before midnight the day it is towed. Parking Ticket: $56.00 (payable at the Impound Lot, by mail, by phone, online or at the Violations Bureau). Total for ticket and tow on the first day of impoundment: $331.08. A $15 storage fee is added to this amount for each additional day the vehicle is on the lot. Fees are updated regularly; visit website. Payment is required at time of pickup

Impound lot for vehicles towed from St. Paul city streets. During snow emergencies, handles towing from areas south of I-94. Impound lot open during winter months for violating Snow Emergency parking rules from areas north of I-94 are towed to 1129 Cathlin Street, (651)603-6895 (located 3/4 mile west of Snelling, south of Como), or 830 Barge Channel Road, (651)266-5642.
