Recorder and Registrar Services - Todd County Recorder and Registrar

The Recorder and Registrar's Office provides: - Calculates, collects, and receipts state deed tax and mortgage registration tax - Collects and distributes well disclosure certificates and certificates of real estate value - Collects and receipts recording fees and well disclosure certificate fees - Files and maintains ordinations - Files notary commissions - Maintains and issues copies of all recorded documents - Maintains and issues copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates - Processes marriage license applications and issues marriage licenses - Records documents related to real property transactions in both abstract and Torrens divisions - Transfers names and addresses of taxpayers based on recorded documents
