A web-based application providing: - Information on critical supports and services such as access to street and school outreach workers, locations and hours of drop-in centers, food, teen clinics, basic needs (clothing, showers, laundry) and parenting - Real-time shelter bed availability for homeless youth throughout the Twin Cities metro area; how to access the shelter and bus route information - Youth can sign up to receive text or email notification when a shelter bed becomes available
