Open to all individuals needing services who meet financial guidelines; households up to 300% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Required documents

All documents pertaining to legal issue including any paperwork received concerning the case and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved. Preparing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney.

Deals with all issues related to Minnesota family court,, including divorces, custody, property division, spousal maintenance, post-judgment issues, orders of protection, child support and paternity.
