Offers Home Supports with Training and Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) for adults living in their own homes. These services help individuals maintain and build the skills needed to live independently and successfully in the community.Services include:- Daily Living Skills Support: Assistance with budgeting, health and wellness, meal planning, money management, relationship building, shopping, and more.- Home Supports with Training: Individualized support provided in the home or community to maintain and strengthen independent living skills.- Housing Transition Services: Help with locating housing, completing rental applications, budgeting for housing, and preparing for and planning a move.- Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS): Ongoing support to promote independence while ensuring access to community resources and supports.
