- Caregiver support group - Companionship - Dementia Friends training on request - Friendly visits - Homemaking and chores service - Paperwork assistance - Respite care - Socialization - Telephone reassurance/buddy phone call service - Transportation (including wheelchair accessible transports) to: medical/social service appointments, church, senior dining, hair dresser appointments, and grocery shopping - Yard work
