Modest fees for participation in state competitions may apply and vary by delegation; many opportunities free of charge; donations accepted

- Offers year-round training and competition in 17 Olympic-type sports for persons 8 and older with an intellectual disability - A Young Athlete is a child 2-7 years of age with or without an intellectual disability who takes part in a sports based skills program such as the Young Athletes Program; find a Young Athletes Program on the website - Athletes join one of more than 200 delegations statewide for training and local competition and can advance to regional, state, national, and world games
