- Open to all needing information on representing themselves in court in Minnesota - In person workstations are available in all county courthouses except Hennepin

- Website and online contact forms available 24 hours/7 days a week - Phone assistance: 8:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday

Interpretation services

Website available in Hmong, Somali, and Spanish; forms filed with the court must be completed in English.

Description

Provides a self-help center phone line, in-person workstations, and online resources aimed at helping people find information and services about legal problems. Self-help staff can answer questions on court forms and procedures, and give referrals to legal advice In-person workstations are available in all county courthouses except Hennepin, each workstation has a computer, phone, and printer. Workstations are available to find legal information, print court forms, access tools to help complete court forms, and talk with self-help staff over the phone. Note: Court employees cannot provide legal advice or conduct legal research.
