In Minnesota, expungement is primarily used for criminal and eviction records. The Expungement clinic provided by this library deals with criminal expungements. Expungement clinics are intended to be a one-time event to assist those who are representing themselves in the courts. Expungement clinics are held in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
