Emergency medicine and Level 1 trauma center for severe and life-threatening situations that require immediate medical attention including: - Chest pain or pressure - Head injury - Heart attack or acute coronary syndrome - Seizures - Severe abdominal pain - Sexual assault: Exams on site by a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) - Shortness of breath or pneumonia - Stroke - Sudden, severe headaches, paralysis or weakness - Traumatic injury - Uncontrolled bleeding
