Eligibility
- Residents of Hennepin County who are low income- Residents of Anoka County who are low-income and age 60 or older- Eligibility is determined by applicant's financial status, type of legal service desired, urgency, and whether a lawyer in private practice would take the case on a contingent fee basis - that is, secure their fee from the lawsuit
