Available services:- Issuance of certified copies of birth and death certificates filed in Minnesota- Online Marriage Licenses- Issuance of Marriage License- Issuance of certified copies of marriage license files in Brown County- Notary Services- Filing of Notary Commissions and Ordination Credentials- Passport Photos- Passport Agents to assist with a new application or a renewal- Title services: including Abstracting (creating new or continue abstracts); O and E Reports; and Tract Searches (30-year, 40-year, and gap searches)- Genealogy Records Request Form- Landshark - Access Land Records through the Internet
