Children ages birth - 21 years old (22 if still under an IEP) with a combined hearing loss and vision loss; must be a resident of Minnesota

Proof of Minnesota residency audiological and ophthalmic reports may be requested

A comprehensive program serving children and youth with a combined hearing loss and vision loss and their families, through a variety of services including: - American Sign Language instruction for parents and family members - Consulting on issues of DeafBlindness - Family activities - Home and community-based intervener services - Service coordination, resource identification, and family support services - Transitional planning/consulting
