Provides 245D waivered services, which include: - Homemaker Services: Provides light household cleaning, laundry, assistance with home management, and activities of daily living - Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS): Offers assistance to older adults who need reminders, cues, intermittent/moderate supervision, or physical assistance to help them remain in their homes - Individual Home Supports Without Training: Provide support, assistance, and supervision to adults or children who live in their own homes - Night Supervision Services: Provides overnight assistance and monitoring in the client's home when the client is in need of assistance with activities of daily living, positive support programming, transition plans, and reinforcement of skills development - Personal Support: Non-medical care, assistance, and supervision
