Residents of Ramsey and Washington counties: - Must not be currently receiving Food Support Benefits from Ramsey or Washington County Human services - Must be below USDA income eligibility guidelines

Required documents

Application/Registration Form documentation required depends upon program. Types of documentation include applications, mail with current address, proof of household income, and utility bills.
