- Children who do not have access to dental care or who cannot afford needed dental care - Statewide service; no eligibility requirements - Some clinics may help Wisconsin residents living in counties that border Minnesota

- Visit website beginning January 1, 2026 for participating dental provider clinic locations - Every child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must have an appointment in advance; walk-in care is not available
