Free clinic for uninsured or underinsured Services vary by site, but may include: - Diagnostic imaging - Diabetic education - General medical care - Lab services - Mental health services - Physical exams - Physical therapy Some funding available for prescription help; for maintenance meds, the clinic will enroll qualified patients in the RX programs through the pharmaceutical company. Controlled substances are not prescribed.
