Provides law enforcement and community services including:- Animal control- Car seat installation assistance. Call (651)792-7288 to set up an appointment.- Donation site for used digital cell phones. Cell phones will be reprogrammed to only work when dialing 9-1-1 and then given to a victim of domestic abuse, seniors, or anyone in poor health who lives alone. Phones can be dropped off at city hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive.- Firearm permit information- Municipal police department- Neighborhood watch- Volunteers used for police reserve and park patrols
