Long-term treatment services to adults 18+ with severe and persistent mental illness and dual disorders:- Assistance and supervision of daily independent living skills- Assistance with obtaining and maintaining financial assistance- Coordination of needed mental and physical health services- Crisis intervention- Daily room cleaning; weekly intensive room cleaning (laundry and bedding)- Family-style meals- Medication administration, management, and monitoring- Recreational and leisure programming- Transportation to and from appointments
