A warm line offering a safe space for parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges of raising children. Services are provided with kindness, understanding, and non-judgmental support when needed to help prevent a situation from escalating into a crisis. Parent Line Specialists offer support, empathy, encouragement, information, and referrals as necessary.
