Eligibility

  • Interviews: Children, teens, and vulnerable adults in cases of alleged physical or sexual abuse and witnesses to violent crimes. Referrals come through Child Protection and law enforcement.- Training and Consultation: Forensic interviewers of child, teen, and vulnerable adults who have disclosed physical and sexual abuse and/or have been witnesses to violent crime; mandated reporters; law enforcement officers; child protection officers; prosecuting county attorneys- Family Services: Caregivers of clients; community members seeking support for child abuse disclosure; community members seeking enrollment in the Safe at Home confidential address program; community members seeking trauma-focused therapy for children who have experienced a trauma event

  • 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday- Evenings and weekends upon request

Interpretation services

Bilingual Spanish speakers and court certified interpreters in multiple languages are available on-site; phone interpretation services are available for some services.

Application process

  • Call; referral required- Forensic Interviewing: Referrals can be made by law enforcement and Child Protection by calling intake phone- Family Services: Caregivers are seen at the time of the forensic interview. Subsequent appointments are made with Family Services Workers.
