Supports adults with mental health challenges by helping them learn to cope with daily life obstacles, stabilize their health, and improve functioning through structured and supportive care. It offers services like group therapy, psychoeducational classes, social skills training, goal setting, and family meetings, tailored to individual needs. Participants generally attend two to three times per week over about three months, working toward improved emotional, social, and behavioral well-being.
