Fees

When successful, fees are deducted retroactively from benefits. Clients are only responsible for out-of-pocket expenses incurred for doctor's opinions and medical records when required. Ask about qualifying for waived fees; vary

Provides a free case evaluation and assist individuals with their Social Security Disability claims. Assistance includes:- Act on client's behalf as a representative with the Social Security Administration- Assist clients in getting qualified for disability benefits- Develop complex medical and vocational claim strategies to make certain that clients get the benefits they are eligible for- Help schedule independent examinations from medical experts when necessary to strengthen claims- Manage all notices and correspondence on behalf of clients, complete forms, obtain and submit medical forms and evidence, and track deadlines for claim submissions/appeals filing- Provide regular reports on the status of claims- Review Social Security files, reach conclusions on actions taken, and evaluate the need for further records and evidence
