Eligibility

Adults with developmental or cognitive disabilities and are resident of Hennepin County, primarily in Minneapolis and first ring suburbs of Minneapolis

Required documents

Must have had Special Education or an Individualized Education Plan in high school, or other documentation of a cognitive disability

- 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday, evenings by appointment - Recreational activities evenings and weekends
