Application Process
24-Hour Residential Services. Provides 24-hour supervision, support, and independent living skills training to people sharing a home (three or four individuals per home) in the community. Services are designed to meet the needs and desires of the people living there, including special health care and complex medical (e.g. ventilator) needs. These sites are licensed as Adult Foster Care.
