Description

Public health nurses provide services by phone, at community sites, or at home visits with families for the following services: - Child and Teen Check-Up Program: helps families access preventive medical and dental care - Childhood safety and injury prevention - Child passenger safety seats may be available to families receiving Medical Assistance (MA) - Family and community relationships - Follow Along Program (FAP): helps parents monitor their children's development - Health and nutrition - Healthy pregnancies - Infant and child growth and development ?- Positive parenting
