Public health nurses provide services by phone, at community sites, or at home visits with families for the following services:- Childhood safety and injury prevention- Child passenger safety seats may be available to families receiving Medical Assistance (MA)- Family and community relationships- Follow Along Program (FAP): helps parents monitor their children's development- Health and nutrition- Healthy pregnancies- Infant and child growth and development?- Positive parenting
