- Library card: Free for Minnesota residents; $40 for non-Minnesota residents - Replacement cards: Provides two replacement cards within a 12 month period at no cost. The third replacement card within a year costs $3 - Albert Lea Public Library is fine free on all materials - Photocopy fees vary
