-Primarily serves all families within school district - ISD 118(Cass County) - Children who are 2 and 3 years old along with their parents. Program requirement / commitment is for 2 years.

Description
- This is an extensive home visiting program for parents and children that are 2 and 3 years old. Home visits encourage healthy development through facilitated play, reading and enriched conversation using carefully chosen books and toys that are PCHP's gifts to the family. Children receive two ~ 30 minute visits a week for 2 years.
