Eligibility

Must be 60 days sober and a veteran of the United States military. Serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties.

Application process

- Intake at the VA Medical Center, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis. Applicants must attend a Front Porch meeting held every Thursday morning, 8 am, in room 1J-124 (check-in between 7:30 am and 8 am). Late arrivals will be asked to return the following week. - There are also Front Porch daily intake meetings at the Veterans Community Resource and Referral Center at 1201 Harmon Place in downtown Minneapolis. Monday - Friday, 8 am, check in between 7:30 am and 8 am. Late arrivals will be asked to return the following day.
