Eligibility
Adults ages 18 and older living with a mental health diagnosis and mild cognitive disability, have a functional impairment in three or more life domains due to the symptoms of a mental health diagnosis, currently receiving Medical Assistance (MA) or PMAP, and are residents of Dakota, Hennepin, and Ramsey counties

- Sliding Scale/Reduced Fee
Works to promote independent living and reduce the risk of relapse and mental health hospitalization. An ARMHS case worker teaches skills to:- Access mental health services and community resources- Cope with stress, fear and anxiety- Develop a healthy lifestyle- Find safe, affordable housing- Improve interpersonal skills and communication- Learn household management skills and budgeting skills- Learn to use community resources
