Individuals with no children who make $35,000 per year or less and couples/families with children who make $50,000 per year or less- Residents of Cottonwood, Jackson, Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Rock, and Yellow Medicine counties

Offers the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to eligible individuals who need help filing their taxes. Tax appointments are offered in-person and virtually throughout southwest Minnesota. Taxes are provided for state, federal, and property tax/renter's credit returns.NOTE: Some complex tax returns cannot be completed by the VITA program.
