Eligibility
Eligibility is determined by case managers at the time of intake. Families with an open benefits case in Anoka County and are receiving cash/food or both with documentation of proof, last address on the lease was in Anoka County, or school-age children are enrolled in an Anoka County school.

Application process
Families must call to complete an intake. Intakes usually take 30 - 45 minutes to complete. Once the intake is completed, families will be placed on a waiting list. At any given time there are more than 20 families on the waiting list.

Provides food, temporary shelter, case management, and community support to families in Anoka County who are experiencing homelessness. Families can stay in the program up to 90 days. During that time, they receive support and advocacy while working on three main goals: make money, save money, and find stable housing. After exiting the program, they can take advantage of ongoing supportive services to help maintain stability.Local congregations provide space in their buildings for evening and overnight accommodations. The Day Center building is used by families to bathe, launder their clothes, receive case management, and look for housing and jobs. Volunteers give their time by providing transportation, meals, and sharing hospitality.At any given time, there are 20 plus families on the waiting list.
