Offers foreclosure prevention services, including: - Counsels people with post-purchase issues that are not yet in default- Helps individuals address the causes of mortgage payment default and develop a spending plan to stabilize and successfully manage their household finances- Helps individuals understand the foreclosure process and assists in exploring loss mitigation options
