Description

Provides intensive outpatient program with options for sober housing for men. Treatment plans include: - 24/7 on-site staff - Client-centered treatment in a homelike setting - Continued care - Group and individual counseling - Relapse prevention program - Substance use assessments/comprehensive assessments - Transportation: Provided from any Minnesota location and many surrounding locations. Transportation is provided to and from Minneapolis/Saint Paul (MSP) airport for admission purposes. Transportation is also available to and from work for Elk River housing clients.
