Medical Assistance

Provides intensive outpatient program with options for sober housing for men. Treatment plans include:- 24/7 on-site staff- Client-centered treatment in a homelike setting- Continued care- Group and individual counseling- Relapse prevention program- Substance use assessments/comprehensive assessments- Transportation: Provided from any Minnesota location and many surrounding locations. Transportation is provided to and from Minneapolis/Saint Paul (MSP) airport for admission purposes. Transportation is also available to and from work for Elk River housing clients.
