Assists elders in adjusting to a new culture through culturally sensitive recreational, therapeutic, and social activities such as:- Translation- Group discussion- Storytelling- Arts, crafts, and music- Supervised, structured exercise- Case management- Transportation arrangements- Health education, diabetes classes, and nutritional classes- Nutritionally balanced and culturally appropriate morning and noon meals, and afternoon snacks- Chronic disease management assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
