Eligibility

Child must be (1) enrolled in Medical Assistance or a Minnesota Health Care Plan; and, (2) diagnosed with a mental health disorder. This diagnosis can be completed at the beginning of services.Residents of Dakota, Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Waseca, and Winona counties

8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday 8 am - 3 pm Friday evenings and Weekends by appointment

CTSS provides mental health services for children (includes adolescents and young adults up to age 21) who require varying therapeutic and rehabilitative levels of intervention.CTSS covers services for a diagnosed emotional disturbance or diagnosed mental illness in children that are determined to be medically necessary by a mental health professional.The services are delivered using various treatments and combinations of services designed to reach outcomes identified in the individual treatment plan.
