Adults ages 18 and over who are residents of Blue Earth County must meet all the following criteria:- Homes must meet fire-safety code and have available space- Have completed training hours for initial and annual requirements for licensure

None to apply for licensure, but a fee may be incurred with the criminal background check and State Fire Marshall inspection which has a fee of $50.
