Adults ages 18 and over who are residents of Blue Earth County must meet all the following criteria: - Homes must meet fire-safety code and have available space - Have completed training hours for initial and annual requirements for licensure
Application/registration form criminal/background check/study for all household member ages 13 and over home study physical completed by a doctor three professional references
8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

None to apply for licensure, but a fee may be incurred with the criminal background check and State Fire Marshall inspection which has a fee of $50.
