Description
Provides reverse mortgage counseling services to older adults interested in seeking a reverse mortgage. Individuals are required to be counseled by a HUD-certified or Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) certified counselor prior to a formal application process with a lender. Counselors will help outline the pros and cons and discuss alternatives that may be available.
