Program Fees
Provides a hand-up to low-income families that are unable to qualify for a traditional home mortgage through a lender or other programs. Does not give houses away for free, but instead offers affordable, low-interest mortgages to families that qualify. - Partners with families to build simple, decent, affordable housing - Before moving in, must contribute: 300 hours of labor for a couple, 200 hours of labor for a single adult/parent - Family receives support during the partnering year
