Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses, American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in a 10 mile radius of the community, and family of the previously mentioned.

9 am - 9 pm Tuesday - Thursday 12 noon - 8 pm Friday and Saturday- Winter for adults: 8:30 am - 10 pm Monday - Friday 12 noon - 8 pm Saturday and Sunday- Winter for youth: 3:30 pm - 10 pm Monday - Friday 12 noon - 8 pm Saturday and Sunday
