Description
Best Buy will recycle electronic equipment for free at all big-box locations. Residents can get rid of their old or unwanted appliances and electronics using: - Recycling Kiosks located just inside the front doors - At the Customer Service counter - Appliance and TV recycling options whereby Best Buy will remove an appliance or TV free of charge from a customer's home when a new product is purchased and delivered by Best Buy or, for a fee, pickups can be scheduled with no product purchase - Reclaimed products from trade-in. Three items per household per day. Accepts most electronics and large appliances, with a few exceptions. Most large appliances can be recycled for a fee through the haul away recycling program. Call 1-800-RECYCLING or visit www.1800recycling.com to find alternative locations to recycle electronics or appliances that Best Buy does not accept. Rechargeable batteries can be dropped off at any U.S. and Puerto Rico Best Buy stores. Does not accept alkaline batteries for disposal. Visit www.1800RECYCLING.com to find recycling centers.
