Parents who are residents of Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties

- Office: 8 am - 8 pm Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm Friday evenings and weekends by appointment - Classes: Generally offered quarterly in six week segments. Classes last two hours and typically occur in early evening.

- General Parenting Classes: Sliding scale available; scholarships are sometimes available for individuals who cannot afford fees. - Restorative Parenting Program is reimbursable through insurance/third-party payers; donations accepted
