- Distributes meal and lodging vouchers, provided by the Salvation Army, when the Salvation Army is closed - Guidelines for distribution are governed by the Salvation Army - Vouchers are for temporary emergencies to help individuals experiencing homelessness or a person who is staying or working in a place for only a short time
