- Adults ages 18 or older, diagnosed with a severe mental illness and suffering from functional impairments, and qualify for Medical Assistance, PMAP, GAMC Basic Living and Social Skills, or another plan with ARMHS services coverage - Residents of Becker, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, and Pope counties

Enables consumers to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. Support includes: - Budgeting and shopping skills - Community resource utilization and integration skills 5 Crisis assistance/Management skills - Cooking and nutrition skills - Employment-related skills - Health care directives/skills - Healthy lifestyle skills and practices - Household management skills - Interpersonal communication skills - Medication monitoring skills - Mental illness symptom management skills - Relapse prevention skills - Transportation skills - Transition to community living skills
