Financial resource services include: - Billing and insurance program - Patient assistance program: Assistance with payment for medications not covered by insurance or high co-pays - Sliding fee scale program: Fee reduction program for medical and dental is available to patients based on income guidelines, regardless of other coverage. Transportation assistance may be available for Sliding Fee Scale patients who need help with the cost of getting to the clinic.
